About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Gynaecology Advanced Trainee to join our team at the Women's and Children's Health Network. As a key member of our Obstetrics and Gynaecology department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical services in gynaecology and undertaking gynaecology surgery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing clinical services in gynaecology and undertaking gynaecology surgery
  • Contributing to an excellent standard of patient care through clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
  • Participating in the obstetrics and gynaecology teaching program for medical students and junior medical officers
  • Maintaining contemporary knowledge of evidence-based clinical practice
  • Engaging in clinical research and quality improvement activities

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications and medical registration with AHPRA
  • Demonstrated clinical competency in gynaecology
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
  • Commitment to continuing professional development
