We are seeking an experienced Advanced Scaffolder to join our team at GHS Solutions. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for erecting and dismantling scaffolding in accordance with Australian Standards.

Key Responsibilities
-------------------

* Erection and dismantling of scaffolding in a timely manner as instructed and to Australian Standards.
* Assist in preparing and planning for scaffolding activities.
* Conduct scaffold inspection checklists for each job.
* Maintain accurate documentation associated with each job.
* Act with integrity, honesty, and ethics at all times.
* Proactively engage to create a safer workplace.

Role-Specific Competencies
---------------------------

* Experience with drop/hang scaffolders highly regarded.
* Good communication skills.
* Ability to work in a team environment.
* Competent in the erection and dismantling of scaffolding.
* Ability to pass pre-employment medical and ongoing drug and alcohol tests.
* Minimum of 2 years' experience.

License Requirements:
-------------------

* Construction Industry White Card (essential).
* MSIC Licence (desirable).
* Worksafe WA High Risk Licence - Advanced Scaffolding (essential).
* Current Working at Heights (essential).
* Current National Police Clearance (essential).
* Worksafe WA High Risk Licence - Forklift (preferred).
* Driver's Licence.
* Current Confined Space (preferred).
