We are Lenovo, a global technology powerhouse with a bold vision to deliver Smarter Technology for All. Our team is seeking an experienced HPC Architect to design and deliver state-of-the-art HPC solutions that integrate with cloud services to provide scalable and efficient HPCaaS.

About the Role

This strategic role requires an expert with extensive knowledge in HPC technologies, cloud integration, and as-a-service delivery models. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HPC technologies, cloud infrastructure services, and hybrid cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver HPC solutions that integrate with cloud services to provide scalable and efficient HPCaaS.
  • Define and refine HPCaaS offerings from an architectural and technical perspective, ensuring they are aligned with business goals and customer needs.
  • Stay at the forefront of HPC and cloud computing trends to guide the development of new services.
  • Work closely with the HPC practice, R&D, sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure that the HPCaaS solutions meet market needs and are communicated effectively.
  • Mentor and foster an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least ten years of experience in HPC architecture with a deep understanding of cloud technologies and as-a-service delivery models.
  • Extensive experience in HPC architecture and design, with a proven track record of bringing complex HPC solutions to market.
  • Experience designing and delivering HPC solutions on public, private, and on-premises infrastructure.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with Lenovo's management tools like LiCO and XClarity Controller.
  • Expertise in Lenovo server technologies, including direct water cooling (DWC).
