About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Executive Cost Manager to join our Perth team. As a key member of our cost management services, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-contract cost planning during design stages of projects
  • Post-contract progress claim and variation assessments
  • Engage with local property market to gain market knowledge
  • Assist with commission management and support successful delivery of services
  • Integrate with full cost management and project management teams

Requirements

  • Minimum degree in Construction or related field
  • Chartered status with AIQS or RICS or equivalent recognised body (preferable)
  • 5+ years cost management/estimating experience (preferable in private practice or construction organisation on retail roles)
  • Business development experience, particularly in identifying opportunities with existing clients
  • Possess strong leadership skills and ability to determine needs for business growth

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this role is between $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, superannuation, and flexible working arrangements.
