This role offers a unique opportunity for a qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our dynamic team as a Diploma Room Leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standard of education, development, and care for children in their designated room.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Ensuring child safety and welfare at all times by actively supervising and interacting with children;
- Developing and implementing programs that cater to the diverse needs of children;
- Maintaining open and responsive communication with parents and families;
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless integration of services;
- Maintaining accurate records of children's progress and development.
This role requires a minimum of two years' experience in an Early Childhood setting, a Diploma in Early Childhood Education from a recognized Registered Training Organisation, and a current Working with Children Check.
We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual salary of $66,500 - $72,500, depending on qualifications and experience, plus superannuation benefits.
