**Job Role Overview**

A transformative and dynamic opportunity exists to spearhead the development and implementation of product strategies that deliver exceptional customer experiences. Working in close collaboration with our Sales team, you will leverage your expertise to drive pricing decisions that align with our business objectives.

The role encompasses supporting the Product Management Team in crafting product plans, strategies, promotions, and enhancements for our Mortgages product suite and customer experience. Key responsibilities include:

- Coordinating the design, development, and execution of key product initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction
- Effectively managing stakeholders to implement new campaign launches, pricing changes, and regular change initiatives
- Conducting a thorough analysis of ongoing product performance and Broker/Customer experience to identify current and future enhancement opportunities
- Reporting on, responding to, and managing customer feedback and complaints to drive continuous improvement in Mortgage products
- Collaborating closely with the Sales team to negotiate and engage on pricing decisions using sound judgment

**Required Skills and Qualifications:** Exceptional problem-solving skills within fast-paced commercial environments, experience in product management with a strong understanding of banking products and services, strong customer focus, stakeholder management ability, a continuous improvement mindset, engagement, influencing, and negotiation skills.

Experience within financial services and mortgages products is desirable but not essential.
