Our team is looking for a dedicated Stock Associate to enhance the shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service in a dynamic retail setting. This role is a part-time position (30 hours per fortnight) with a fixed two-week rotating schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in both the store and stockroom.
  • Assist in tidying and organizing the stockroom as necessary.
  • Adhere to all stockroom protocols and procedures.
  • Receive, label, and replenish merchandise as required.
  • Prepare and document merchandise for customer deliveries.
  • Complete additional tasks as directed by management.
  • Follow all company policies and guidelines.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Experience in retail stock management, warehouse operations, or back-of-house roles.
  • A genuine interest in home goods and/or culinary products.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment while also managing tasks independently.
  • Proven track record of achieving defined objectives and demonstrating initiative.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Physical Requirements:

  • Capability to move throughout the store and stock areas, including standing for extended periods.
  • Ability to climb ladders and operate equipment safely.
  • Capacity to lift and transport medium to large items, up to 30 kg, using appropriate safety measures.
