We are seeking a diligent and organised kitchen team member to provide support for our back of house operations.

The Role

This casual position requires flexibility and weekend work, with shifts comprising a combination of day and night shifts in accordance with business demands. The day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Cleaning the kitchen, utensils, kitchen appliances, floors, walls and all surfaces
  • Removal and cleaning of rubbish bins.
  • Cleaning and polishing glasses and cutlery
  • Assisting chefs with basic food preparation
  • Ensuring all food preparation tasks are carried out in a timely fashion, to a high standard and within food hygiene guidelines
  • Assisting in other areas of restaurant operations as directed by chef

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
