Job Title: Demand and Supply Planner

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand and Supply Planner to join our team in New Zealand. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end demand planning and supply planning for our ANZ business division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for key customers
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure demand plans are aligned with sales budgets
  • Continuously improve forecast accuracy and customer trend analysis
  • Prepare and present monthly S&OP/IBP reporting to management teams
  • Perform monthly demand and supply cycle meetings with key leadership team
  • Manage inventory levels and work with suppliers to maintain stock levels in line with demand plans
  • Raise purchase orders in a timely manner
  • Ensure stock levels are maintained within agreed business parameters
  • Maintain accurate supply master data in the ERP system
  • Collaborate with sales teams on gap analysis reviews
  • Run ad-hoc reports to support wider team requirements
  • Review and highlight excess and obsolete inventory and projections with stakeholders
  • Prepare inventory stock projections for management

Requirements:

  • 2 years' experience in a similar demand and supply role
  • Proven skills and knowledge of SAP (APO and IBP) is preferred but not essential
  • Strong business acumen and customer-centric mindset
  • High-level presentation skills and excellent communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite, especially Excel
  • Strong communication skills and passion for product and supply chain
  • Ability to work as a team player and autonomously
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and develop in the role
