Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join our team as a Trainee Equipment Administrator. This role will provide the opportunity to take part in the management of incoming and outgoing communications, provide exceptional service, and direct administrative activities as part of the national equipment team.

This position is available at Perth Airport Depot. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and managing fuel card documentation, ensuring seamless organization and retrieval for the Perth fleet. You will also undertake general administrative duties as part of the national equipment team, oversee the creation and ongoing management of equipment-related invoices, ensure compliance with company procedures, build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and clients, address equipment needs, and ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records and manage fuel card documentation
  • Undertake general administrative duties
  • Oversee the creation and ongoing management of equipment-related invoices
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and clients
  • Coordinate the onboarding of new prime movers

Requirements:

  • Willingness to build a career and approach work and problems with a mature and respectful attitude
  • Demonstrate expertise in the usage of Outlook and Excel
  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail
