We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior 3D Environmental Artist to join our team at Big Ant Studios in Adelaide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality output.
  • Create high-resolution 3D models for baking and re-topologizing into game-ready assets.
  • Design and create 3D real-time game-ready models.
  • Unwrap and bake assets.
  • Develop 2D texture maps.
  • Work with our in-house engine to achieve optimal results.
Requirements
  • 3D art experience.
  • Proficiency in Maya, with knowledge of other 3D packages a plus.
  • Photoshop skills.
  • Zbrush expertise.
  • Understanding of PBR techniques.
  • Experience with Substance texturing packages.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Traditional art skills.
  • Working knowledge of UE4 or Unity.
  • Interest in and understanding of sports.
  • Good eye for scale.
