Corporate Processing Trainer

As a key member of our team, we are seeking an experienced Corporate Processing Trainer to join us in developing and conducting training classes for new hire and ongoing training related to mortgage loan processing, system use, and introduction to Encompass.

• Develop comprehensive training curriculum and job aids for all employees to train and reinforce mortgage processing knowledge.
• Conduct web-based training and travel to branches as required.
• Provide feedback on the effectiveness of training and individual employee results, job performance, and future learning plans.
• Coordinate training meetings and events.
• Work to improve training methods and skills by introducing new training methods.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience, with 5-7 years of mortgage processing experience and 1-3 years in a training role. They must possess excellent training techniques, public speaking, and presentation skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
