About the Role

Hunter Executive Search Consultants is seeking a highly skilled Senior Water Infrastructure Engineer to join our team as a Water Discipline Development Lead. This is a newly created role that will play a crucial part in the growth and development of our water division in Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and design water infrastructure projects, including pipelines, pumping stations, dams, and other water infrastructure facilities.
  • Lead and manage a growing portfolio of critical infrastructure projects.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the water discipline and team in Brisbane.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term success.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in water infrastructure project management and development.
  • Strong business development acumen and ability to develop and implement business growth strategies.
  • Proficiency in 12D Civil/Civil 3D software and experience with civil engineering and detail design work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and project teams.
  • Ability to positively impact team and organizational culture.
  • Self-managed and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
