Regional Security and Loss Prevention Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Regional Security and Loss Prevention Manager to lead our security team in Australia.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Security Risk Management, Data Analysis, and Stakeholder Management.

Key responsibilities include conducting investigations of suspected theft and fraud, collaborating with operational partners to identify loss-causing inventory defects, and implementing strategic plans to mitigate losses.

This role requires a minimum of 5+ years relevant professional security experience or equivalent. A tertiary qualification in Security Risk Management is also required.

Selected candidates must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make sound judgments in ambiguous situations. They will be expected to operate from multiple sites across Australia, with up to 30% travel required.
