We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Cafe Team Leader to join our food & beverage team at Brisbane Airport.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support your team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Ensure food and beverage standards are consistently met - quality, speed, and presentation
  • Train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve their best
  • Manage stock, maintain hygiene, and ensure compliance with all relevant processes
  • Lead by example, promoting a positive and inclusive team culture

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in hospitality, food retail, or cafes
  • Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and compliance practices
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Early riser required - preferably can work a Thursday to Sunday schedule
  • Valid working rights and ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
