We are seeking a technical professional to fill the role of Application Specialist. This position involves collaborating with our team to deliver comprehensive product knowledge, pre-sales assistance, and tailored solutions to customers.

The successful candidate will assume three pivotal roles within our Innovations team:

  • Providing extensive product knowledge and pre-sales support to customers.
  • Offering after-sales support to ensure our valued clientele receives exceptional service.
  • Designing, curating, and delivering comprehensive training programs focused on the practical operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our products.

The ideal candidate will possess a high degree of technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a solution-based approach to working. A Bachelor of Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification, along with relevant experience and skills, is essential for this role.

About the Role

  • Extensive knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices.
  • Bachelor of Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
