Job Summary

We are seeking a diligent and meticulous Kitchen Porter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in our kitchens and food outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment by operating dishwashing machinery, cleaning equipment, and storing supplies.
  • Ensure that all areas of the kitchen and food outlets are tidy and well-organized at all times.
  • Oversee the smooth operation of the hotel's loading bay, relocating deliveries and waste disposal bins, and following safe manual handling practices.
  • Assist with receiving and storing goods, including perishable items, and maintain accurate stock records.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar role or industry would be an advantage.
  • A strong passion for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring high standards of quality.
  • A professional attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
