About the Role

This is a casual and permanent part-time position, and we are seeking a nurse who is committed to working in a caring team-oriented environment. As a Registered Nurse at St Catherine's Wangaratta, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, including assessing their needs, developing and implementing care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Nursing – with current AHPRA Registration
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates
  • Current National Police Check
  • Mandated COVID-19 Vaccination for Aged Care
  • Able to demonstrate a high standard of resident-centred care
  • Sound practical working knowledge of the AN-ACC and its application
  • Highly developed leadership skills and the ability to act as a positive role model for staff
