Teaching Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to lead our educational programs.

About the Position:

  • Deliver high-quality early learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
  • Develop and implement educational plans that promote children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and centre staff to create a sense of belonging and community.
  • Mentor and guide educators to develop their teaching practices and improve programme quality.
  • Participate in centre leadership teams to develop, review, and implement high-quality early learning programmes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved).
  • Current Teachers Registration.
  • Current Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Passion for leading a classroom effectively and engaging with educators, families, and children.
