About the Role

As a seasoned infrastructure expert, you will oversee the design and installation of powerlines. Collaborate with project teams to ensure safe, efficient execution and maintain quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects by monitoring performance, removing roadblocks, and driving successful execution.
  • Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve issues.
  • Support construction planning, scheduling, and resource strategies.
  • Maintain a strong safety culture, ensuring works are executed according to policies and procedures.
  • Oversee daily site operations, including subcontractor performance, materials, logistics, and interface coordination.
  • Monitor productivity, quality, and commercial outcomes, escalating and resolving delays or emerging risks.
  • Guide and mentor site-based teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in constructability reviews, risk assessments, project reporting, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
  • Contribute to workforce planning and resource mobilisation strategies.
About You

Proven experience in Construction Management, Project Management, or Senior Supervision in electrical or infrastructure sectors, ideally in mining or renewables is an advantage.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and support multiple projects across geographically diverse locations.
  • Strong commercial, safety, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Trade qualification, Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field would be beneficial.
  • Previous experience working with tier 1 operators or EPC contractors is highly desirable.
