About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Regulatory Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our regulatory compliance function, you will be responsible for ensuring that companies comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Risk-based supervision of registered liquidators, including surveillance and monitoring
  • Analysing data from ASIC's insolvency-related information to identify trends and issues
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to promote market integrity
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to build relationships and promote industry best practices

To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Data Analysis, or Law is required, along with professional accounting qualifications or experience in a regulatory environment.
