About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Designer to join our Power Generation team in Sydney. As an engineer with a passion for re-imagining problems, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse and award-winning projects, applying your knowledge and experience to bring ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply your sound knowledge and experience in Civil engineering across projects within the energy space, with a focus on renewable energy generating assets.
  • Review design drawings for compliance, technical specifications, design criteria, project work plan/time schedule, inspection test plans, BoQs, and cost estimates.
  • Provide civil design solutions and documentation to support energy projects within the Power Generation and Distribution practice groups.
  • Experience in civil design and CAD software packages such as Civil 3D, 12d, Drains, AutoCAD or others.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with Clients and multiple stakeholders.
  • Assist with the preparation of tender submissions and other work winning activities.
  • Use your ability to initiate and build relationships with both your peers and clients to push forward the boundaries of what is possible.
  • Creative problem-solving skills to continually find ways to overcome challenges and obstacles.
