Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Corrosion Technician to join our team in New South Wales. As a Corrosion Technician, you will be responsible for conducting field audits, pipeline surveys, routine testing, installation, and maintenance of cathodic protection systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct field audits and pipeline surveys to identify potential corrosion risks
  • Install and maintain cathodic protection systems to prevent corrosion
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with cathodic protection systems
  • Keep accurate records of all work performed and submit detailed reports

Requirements

  • Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or equivalent working rights in Australia
  • Previous experience in cathodic protection, corrosion control, or a related field is highly regarded
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques
  • Computer and software skills, including Microsoft Office
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites
