Senior Financial Planning Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Management Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial planning, forecasting and reporting support to the business.
The role involves managing cash flow forecasting, preparing and delivering monthly financial reports and analysis, and conducting ad hoc financial analysis and performance evaluations.
In addition, the Senior Management Accountant will be responsible for developing and delivering financial models to support strategic initiatives, designing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business strategy, and collaborating with business unit leaders to align financial outcomes with strategic goals.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Advanced Excel skills including building complex financial models
- Strong commercial acumen and business modelling ability
- Competence in presenting complex data in a compelling way
- Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification
- Minimum of 5 years industry experience
- Experience leading or mentoring employees
