Job Title: Mobile Plant Mechanic

Location: Yatala

Salary: $49 per hour + penalties

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Plant Mechanic to join our team at Aston Advantage. As a Mobile Plant Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing rollers and compaction equipment, including engines, hydraulics, and electrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues with rollers and compaction equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance and servicing tasks to ensure equipment is in good working order
  • Drive a Medium Rigid Truck to travel to job sites

Requirements:

  • Strong diagnostic and repair skills
  • Experience with general servicing and maintenance
  • Medium Rigid Truck license

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate of $49 + penalties

  • Mobile phone and fuel card

Working Hours:

Operating hours are from 6am to 6pm, with overtime available after 8 hours per day. Penalty rates apply for starting earlier than 6am or later than 6pm.
