Drive Business Growth with Data Driven Leadership

In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the delivery of high-profile business objectives through strategic data analysis and leadership. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will develop your career in a supportive environment within an evolving industry.

The team requires a visionary leader who can drive business initiatives across C&I. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a commercial mindset, and the ability to gather business requirements and provide internal consultancy to enhance business outcomes based on data insights.

Key responsibilities include owning data sets and reporting for the C&I business unit, collaborating with the Business Improvement team and Technology team to identify opportunities for improvement, scope, define, and deliver change. Additionally, you will lead a team of two to deliver data analysis, reporting, and data modeling.

The ideal candidate will hold a university qualification in a data-related field and have strong knowledge and experience using Tableau, Excel, SQL, and Python. Experience with Redshift and Databricks is highly regarded.
