About the Role

We are seeking an Employment Coach who can work closely with our team to provide coaching, mentoring, and support to help our employees succeed in their roles. The ideal candidate will have experience working with people with disabilities in an employment setting or direct support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote us as an employer of choice and showcase our range of services to individuals with disabilities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to build productive partnerships.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement to support our employees in achieving their NDIS employment goals.
  • Work with site managers to recruit, select, and support Supported Employees to optimize commercial operations.
  • Assist in data collection for reporting purposes and ensure all obligations are met.
  • Collaborate with the site manager to review procedures and processes to improve service delivery.
  • Support Individual Support Planning and NDIS funding reviews to develop person-centered activities.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with people with disabilities in an employment setting or direct support.
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable in the workplace.
  • Commitment to our purpose and values, with a willingness to adapt to change.
  • Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to engage with and collaborate with external stakeholders.
