Job Overview:

Kimberly-Clark is seeking a skilled Demand and S&OP Lead to join our team in North Sydney. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and economic indicators to create accurate demand forecasts.

About the Role:

  • Develops and maintains statistical models and forecasting techniques to predict future demand
  • Works closely with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to gather input and validate demand forecasts
  • Facilitates S&OP meetings to align demand plans with supply chain capabilities and business objectives
  • Ensures that demand forecasts are integrated into the overall business planning process and aligned with financial targets
  • Track and analyze forecast accuracy, identifying deviations, and implementing corrective actions to improve forecasting performance
  • Maintains high level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure precise demand forecasts and inventory plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • A strong analytical skillset to interpret complex data and identify trends and patterns

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in Demand Planning, S&OP, ideally from the FMCG industry
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and identify trends and patterns
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure precise demand forecasts and inventory plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
