Sydney-Based Financial Planning Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Financial Planner to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our firm, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality financial advice to clients, combining existing relationships with the opportunity to engage new clients referred from accounting partners.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide Personalised Advice: Deliver exceptional investment, SMSF, insurance, and strategic financial advice to an existing list of 60 clients through personal interaction, client reviews, and education services.
- Engage New Clients: Meet and interact with new clients referred from accounting partners, maintain and foster strong relationships with these referral partners, and design coaching tools to enhance knowledge and triggers for advice.
- Grow Existing Business: Obtain referrals from existing clients, successfully convert leads generated by business development efforts, and work closely with an on-site accounting group motivated to refer clients and grow the business.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a client-facing advice role encompassing a broad range of client types and demographics.
- Advanced technical skills with direct experience working with SMSFs, investments, and retirement income streams.
- A high level of client service ethic, aptitude, and capabilities.
- Working knowledge of cash flow modelling, tax structures, and long-term investment strategies.
