Refrigeration Service Specialist

As a Refrigeration Service Specialist at Woolworths Group, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest levels of facilities management services to our customers. You will be responsible for delivering proactive, responsive, and efficient service models across various stores. Your expertise in refrigeration technologies and trade qualifications will be essential in troubleshooting, identifying issues, and servicing equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform troubleshooting and identify issues with refrigeration equipment
Deliver preventative and corrective maintenance works in accordance with planned schedules
Complete associated paperwork and reporting
Monitor replacement spare part inventory and recommend capital works to reduce operational costs
Work closely with facilities management, support, and technical teams, store teams, and call support centre team
Requirements
Trade qualifications in Refrigeration
Current QBCC Occupational Mechanical Services - Air Con & Refrig (Limited Design), QBCC Occupational Mechanical Services - Plumbing, Qualified Supervisor Certificate (Refrigeration, Air Conditioning) OR Endorsed Contractor Licence (Refrigeration, Air Conditioning)
Solid post-apprenticeship experience in commercial refrigeration service and installation industry
Flexibility to work overtime, travel to various sites, and be on call as required
Good level of computer literacy
Understanding of C02 systems, Emerson & RDM controls advantageous
