  • Maintain and enhance assigned software portfolio to meet revision cycle requirements, regulatory updates, customer enhancements, and marketing demands.
  • Research and analyze questions, enhancement requests, or software problems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct thorough quality control measures on your portfolio of solutions and interfacing software to guarantee excellence.
  • Develop and implement new policies and procedures within the development group as necessary, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Provide expert-level escalation support on assigned products to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with clinical development teams to resolve logic problems while training new and less experienced analysts.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to plan and manage projects using standard tools and processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with classification systems according to geographical requirements to ensure accurate product placement.
  • Respond to non-routine inquiries regarding disease and procedure classification theory or software content, providing comprehensive information to customers.
  • Perform external or internal training as requested to share expertise and promote knowledge sharing.
