About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at G8 Education Ltd. As an Assistant Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Hold an ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children's Services
  • Have a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Proven experience working with children aged 0-5 years in an Early Childhood setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate
