This is a critical leadership position within our organisation, responsible for overseeing the national governance of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health education in general practice training. As a key member of our team, you will develop and implement culturally safe training programs for registrars and supervisors, ensuring alignment with national frameworks.
In this role, you will lead a national initiative that promotes cultural competence in medical education, working closely with stakeholders to achieve common goals. You will be responsible for supporting and mentoring GP registrars and supervisors nationwide, providing guidance on best practices in cultural education.
