Job Title: Maintenance Manager

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and driving positive workplace cultures.

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality Road Maintenance Services. As a key member of our Infrastructure Services business, you'll be responsible for overseeing the delivery of routine maintenance services across Southwestern Victoria.

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a team of 40 maintenance personnel in the delivery of routine maintenance services
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assess systems of work for effectiveness in minimising risk to health and safety
  • Resolve issues of non-compliance and consolidate quality data for progress claims
  • Develop internal delivery relationships and take responsibility for routine projects and programmed maintenance
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership/team management skills
  • Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or related degree preferred
  • 5+ years' experience within a delivery role
  • Stakeholder engagement - ability to build and strengthen relationships
