About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Integration Solution Designer to join our team at Jemena Group. As a key member of our Digital team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing integration platforms that enable seamless data exchange across our systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and architecture of integration platforms to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement technology solutions that support strategic business initiatives.
  • Provide expert advice and consultation to projects and BAU teams to ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • Mentor junior engineers and other IT staff to foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
  • Participate in an on-call 24x7 roster to support platform components and ensure high availability and performance.
Requirements
  • Experience managing and optimizing integration platforms across cloud environments (AWS) and on-premises.
  • Capability in handling complex architectures and designs to ensure they are robust, scalable, and aligned with business requirements.
  • Track record in deploying, managing, and optimizing enterprise integration solutions with a deep understanding of domain architecture and design.
  • Expertise in developing and maintaining security postures that meet compliance standards across all platform operations.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or Business.
