Key Leadership Position: Deputy Principal

Job Description:

As a dynamic and strategic leader, you will drive our school's approach to pedagogy and curriculum development.

This is a temporary full-time position with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping school-wide improvement, leading high-quality teaching and learning, and supporting the Principal in the strategic and operational leadership of the school.

  • Champion whole-school pedagogy and curriculum innovation through effective communication, collaboration, and coaching.
  • Mentor and manage faculty leaders in Mathematics, Science and Technologies to achieve excellence in education.
  • Lead the support, development, and performance of beginning teachers, providing them with the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
  • Oversee the Year 8 cohort, fostering a supportive, inclusive, and high-achieving environment that promotes academic growth and well-being.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of pedagogy and curriculum development, and experience in managing teams. A Master's degree in Education or a related field is preferred.
