About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team in Acacia Ridge, QLD. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, including receiving stock, performing quality control checks, and loading and unloading freight. You will also be working closely with our Warehouse Lead to ensure seamless execution of tasks and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and ship orders efficiently and accurately
  • Conduct quality control checks on received stock and report any issues to the Warehouse Lead
  • Load and unload freight safely and efficiently
  • Manage the movement of stock within the warehouse using basic power tools
  • Collaborate with the Warehouse Lead to develop and implement efficient processes and procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current and clean driver's license
  • A forklift license
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
