The OpportunityWe're seeking a highly organized and passionate Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic Category Marketing Team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in executing strategic marketing plans for the Travel & Feeding Customer Missions/Categories and the Baby Bunting Brand. You'll work closely with our Senior Category Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive business outcomes and support our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute ATL & BTL marketing campaigns in conjunction with internal & external partners, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing activities.
- Track and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to inform future improvements.
- Collaborate with the Loyalty & CRM team to develop strategies that increase customer engagement and loyalty.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including suppliers, agencies, and media outlets.
- Support the Marketing & Merchandising teams in coordinating growing product categories and implementing supplier media initiatives.
- Lead Local Area Marketing, Community Partnerships, and Baby Bunting Services marketing efforts.

About YouWe're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Coordinator with a passion for customer-centricity and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on category marketing or retail marketing. You'll be a creative thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the retail or baby goods industry is highly desirable, as is proficiency in marketing tools and platforms.
