Job Description
  • Oversight of project planning, programming tasks, and ensuring project compliance with applicable legislation, regulations, and standards.

This role offers the opportunity to take the lead on projects ranging from $5m - $70m, coordinating multiple projects across Infrastructure, Subdivisions, Community Projects, and Roadworks.

About You
  • Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) - desirable but not essential
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Civil Construction, previous experience in delivering subdivision projects will be highly regarded
  • Strong skills in managing client relationships.
  • Proven ability to build positive relationships with subcontractors.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills, with a solid understanding and experience of civil construction and subdivision works.
