Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Electrical to join our Confluence Water Joint Venture team on a permanent, full-time basis. Reporting to a Senior Project Manager, this presents an excellent opportunity to undertake Construction of Water & Wastewater Projects in a long-term program of works.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver projects from inception to final stage commissioning while focusing on the development and efficient productivity of a growing team.
- Develop and implement project forecasting requirements.
- Effectively communicate with senior leaders and tradespeople.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve project goals.
- Multitask and have an appetite for developing others.
- Passionate about Project Management Fundamentals including Time, Cost, Schedule, and Risk.
- Experience working on pump control systems, HV & LV, switch gears, and pump station upgrades.
- Solid understanding of project forecasting requirements.
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders and tradespeople.
- Exposure to large infrastructure projects is advantageous.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to multitask.
