**About The Role**

This role requires a skilled Case Manager to apply evidence-based case management practices to individuals at medium or high risk of reoffending. As a Case Manager, you will utilize case management practices to actively engage individuals and ensure responsive, targeted interventions to assist in reducing their risk of reoffending.

**Key Responsibilities Include**

  • Evaluate factors that relate to individual offending behavior
  • Motivate and influence individuals in the case management process
  • Produce detailed reports and other standard documents in line with procedural guidelines
  • Monitor individual's compliance against order requirements

**To Be Successful In This Role You Will Have**

  • Demonstrate understanding of case management practices relating to complex individuals
  • Ability to model pro social behaviors and motivate others
  • Pays attention to words, expression and body language; Recognises behaviors that promote a culture of inclusion
  • Relevant qualification in social work, law, human services, criminal justice or criminology, or experience in court advice, assessments or prosecutions
