You will be responsible for leading Kitchen operations, setting and maintaining goals for the Culinary function, and ensuring that all food-related responsibilities are met. Your ability to build strong relationships with producers will ensure the highest quality ingredients are sourced consistently, and your passion for creating delicious dishes will shine through.
As a results-driven leader, you will inspire and motivate your team to achieve exceptional standards in food preparation, presentation, and service. Your role will also involve guiding and developing a team, including direct reports, and overseeing support areas such as stewarding and purchasing.
