Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

At lululemon, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving sales, improving customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales associates, providing coaching, feedback, and guidance to ensure exceptional customer service and sales results.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, visual merchandising plans, and operational processes to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance, to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and employees.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and community influencers to drive brand awareness and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform business decisions and drive innovation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of retail management experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
