Job Title: Exercise Physiologist Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Exercise Physiologist to join our clinical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality EP sessions, running small group exercise classes, and supporting clients across various streams.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering individualized exercise programs for rehabilitation, strength, and capacity building
- Developing and leading small group exercise classes in clinic and gym settings
- Providing support to clients with NDIS, Medicare, DVA, Private Patients, and Work Cover arrangements
- Collaborating effectively with a passionate and supportive team
- Conducting thorough assessments, writing comprehensive reports, and contributing to ongoing care plans
- Building strong relationships with families, support coordinators, and allied health professionals
- Working independently and collaboratively within a tight-knit team environment
What We're Looking For:
- ESSA-accredited Exercise Physiologist (new graduates welcome)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for rehab-focused, functional training approaches
- Experience working with NDIS and chronic condition clients
- Current driver's license, reliable vehicle, and professional indemnity insurance
