Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Pest Control Technician. This role involves conducting inspections, identifying potential risks, and providing valuable advice to customers.

The successful candidate will have a strong science-based, business management or social science background and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pest Control: Conduct thorough inspections of customer premises to identify signs of pests and provide effective solutions to prevent future issues.
  • Customer Service: Offer exceptional service to customers, responding to their queries and providing tailored advice on maintaining a pest-free environment.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of visits and activities, ensuring seamless communication with colleagues and management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Science-based degree in a relevant field (e.g., biology, chemistry, environmental science)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 points
