Job Title: Speech Language Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech Language Therapist to join our national Allied Health team. As a Speech Language Therapist, you will work in an integrated and holistic way to enhance the outcomes of children.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference for children in their earliest years. You will work with Centre Directors, Educators, and families to observe, identify, and support the progression of children's learning, development, and well-being.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Developing and implementing evidence-based assessments and intervention plans
  • Collaborating with centre staff to design and implement programs that promote child development
  • Providing coaching and mentoring to centre staff to build capacity in speech language skills

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience
  • Demonstrated high level of interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and coaching skills
