About BGIS:

BGIS is a leading facilities management company seeking an experienced Maintenance Operations Manager to join our team in Osborne, South Australia.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to coordinate maintenance activities, manage workflows, and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to contract requirements and KPIs.
  • Manage work orders, allocate tasks, and verify invoices and records.
  • Act as the point of contact for tenants and clients, efficiently managing requests and maintaining strong communication channels.
  • Monitor and support subcontractors, ensuring compliance with OHS standards and relevant documentation requirements.

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in facilities coordination, building maintenance, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of general building services and maintenance practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
