Job Title: Support Worker for Individuals with Disabilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offering companionship to promote social engagement and emotional well-being
  • Documenting support provided through clear and detailed report writing

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in disability support or care work (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
