About this role

We're seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in contract management, either as a supplier or client, and possess the confidence and capability to lead impactful projects.

This role is responsible for delivering high-quality, efficient, and compliant FM services and projects across hard and soft services. You'll manage strategic supplier relationships, guide contract and compliance performance, and lead complex projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Fostering trust with stakeholders by providing expert advice and service that ensures effective communication and engagement with business strategy and its delivery.
  • Leading the review and periodical update of procedures and guidelines.
  • Acting as a key liaison and escalation point for stakeholders, suppliers, and service partners to ensure timely issue resolution and continuous service improvement.
  • Driving innovation and sustainability in FM through initiatives in technology adoption, energy and water efficiency, waste reduction, and people experience.
  • Supporting service delivery through contract optimisation, performance analysis, risk assessments, and business continuity planning.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Substantial experience in FM service delivery or contract management—client-side or supplier-side—in a complex or regulated environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships, influence outcomes, and present strategic advice.
  • A proactive, resourceful mindset, capable of identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing innovative solutions.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Property, Construction, Procurement, Project Management, or demonstrated experience in FM and/or asset management.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and standards (WHS, DDA, NCC, etc.) and the ability to manage safety and compliance programs.

We offer a diverse and inclusive work environment that values our people and their contributions. If you're passionate about facilities management and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role, please apply now.
