Carson Automotive Group is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Parts Specialist to join our dynamic team at our dealership in Victoria, BC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with service technicians to determine parts requirements and ensure accurate ordering and inventory management.
- Provide exceptional customer service to retail, wholesale, and internal customers, ensuring a positive experience and building strong relationships.
- Maintain accurate parts costing on invoices and repair orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare tire quotes and assist with parts ordering, receiving, stocking, and inventory management.
- Collect payment for services and accurately handle cash and credit payments.
- Sell additional services, parts, and accessories to customers, where appropriate.

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Mondays through Saturdays.
